Every file you attach is hashed with SHA-256 as it arrives and stored outside the public web directory, where no web address can reach it. Only the specialists assigned to your case can open it, and each access is written to an audit log. The hash appears on your own case record so you can verify nothing changed.

We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or wallet password. Do not enter them anywhere on this site.

I understand that recovery is not guaranteed * No investigator can reverse a blockchain transaction. Recovery depends on where the funds went and on decisions by exchanges, regulators and courts. Pinnacle Recovery will give an honest assessment, including when the prospect is very low.
