38 countries
Counted as the greater of the distinct countries recorded on case records and the operator-maintained figure covering engagements that predate this system, so the number is never understated on a new install nor silently inflated later.
Cross-border routing is the norm rather than the exception: funds commonly leave the victim in one jurisdiction and are cashed out in another two hops away.
How these figures are produced
- Case counts, values and status breakdowns are queried live from the case management database each time this page loads. They are not edited by hand.
- Client satisfaction is the mean rating across published client reviews. Where no reviews are published, the configured baseline is shown instead.
- Countries served is the greater of the distinct countries recorded on case records and the operator-maintained figure covering engagements predating this system.
- Value investigated uses the analyst-verified figure where one has been set, and the client's reported loss otherwise. Amounts are USD or USD equivalent.
- We do not publish a "success rate." Any such figure depends entirely on which cases are counted, and is trivially inflated by excluding declined cases.
Figures are updated automatically from our case management system. Historical totals predating the current system are included where marked.
Report your case — the assessment is free
Tell us what happened and attach whatever evidence you have. A specialist will review it and give you an honest assessment of what can realistically be done. If the answer is that recovery is unlikely, we will say so.
No obligation. We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, or remote access.
